WARRANTY INFORMATION

All products sold on Tonerize.com are backed by a full warranty. Most products are covered by a 1 Year Warranty, but certain products may differ in length of coverage. Please check each respective product page to learn of its exact warranty terms. We stand behind our products 100% and will refund or replace your product for risk-free, with the following restrictions:

 

∙ The product must be within its warranty period, which begins on the date of purchase.
∙ In order to receive a replacement or refund on your product, any returned ink or toner product must be returned at least 70% full.
∙ If you have purchased a media product (CD-R, CD-RW, DVD-R, DVD-RW, DVD+R, DVD+RW, etc), all returns must be in unopened, undamaged original packaging.

 

If your product qualifies under these conditions, please follow the Return and Exchange procedures outlined below.


RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

At Tonerize, we take pride in making returns and exchanges as easy and painless as possible. If you wish to return or exchange merchandise, please follow the steps on this page carefully to insure that your request is processed as quickly as possible. The following return and exchange policies and procedures apply to all order placed through Tonerize:


I. UNOPENED MERCHANDISE

Unopened merchandise may be returned within 365 days of purchase for a full refund of the purchase price or a credit of the purchase price towards an exchange. Please keep in mind that shipping charges are not refundable.


II. OPENED MERCHANDISE

Remanufactured Cartridges - Remanufactured Cartridges which are defective and have been opened may be returned within their respective warranty period, as defined on each respective product page, for a replacement cartridge or a full refund of the purchase price. The warranty period begins on the day of purchase. If the order was placed incorrectly by the customer and the cartridges have been opened, we will not accept them back as they are no longer in sellable condition. Compatible Cartridges - Compatible Cartridges which are defective and have been opened may be returned within their respective warranty period, as defined on each respective product page, for a replacement cartridge or a full refund of the purchase price. The warranty period begins on the day of purchase. If the order was placed incorrectly by the customer and the cartridges have been opened, we will not accept them back as they are no longer in sellable condition. Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) Cartridges - Genuine, name-brand cartridges (Apple, Canon, Compaq, Epson, Hewlett Packard, Lexmark, etc) are covered by their respective manufacturer's warranties. If you have a defective item, please contact the manufacturer to verify the manufacturers' warranty. We do not accept returns of open OEM cartridges.


III. SHIPPING CHARGES

Shipping charges are nonrefundable, except in the event of a packing error. The following guideline applies to orders where customers received free shipping: Customers receiving free shipping will be credited the full purchase price of all products returned less $4.95 for shipping if their entire order is returned for a refund.


IV. REFUNDS

Customers returning items can expect to be refunded in the method in which they paid within 7-15 business days of our receipt of their return.


V. EXCHANGES

If you have ordered the wrong product, or if you have bought a new printer and the product you previously bought doesn't go with your new printer you can exchange the product as long as it is unopened. If the box has been damaged, opened or any seals broken we are not able to accept this product for an exchange.

 

If you would like to return any of our products for an exchange or refund please send them to the address below. Make sure to include a copy of your invoice or email confirmation. If you cannot locate this information please contact our customer service department. Please write your order number down on the outside of the return package. A short note indicating if you would like a refund or exchange will also make the process much quicker. All returns are processed, credited, or reshipped within 7-10 business days of the products arriving back to us.

We only accept products back for an exchange or refund for 365 days after the purchase was made. Only products purchased from us can be returned for an exchange and unopened products must be in sellable condition. Any refunds or exchanges will not be processed unless the customer has a valid Tonerize order number associated with the products. We will make all attempts to locate a customer's order number in the case that it is not readily available.

 

Tonerize is not responsible for products sent to us that are past our warranty or not ordered from our company. If we receive products that are not eligible for a refund or replacement, they will be sent to a recycling center. Please make sure to contact us at 866-866-3749 before returning any items.
