Works, but took longer than should
Review: The order was tracked and fulfilled at end of day on the 20th. Which means, my order instead of taking one day, was shipped and arrived after business hours which makes it two days. I paid the extra fee of 19.99 for rush shipping and got poor service. I would like a refund of 19.99.

Review: I was suppose to get the product on March 2nd, I got it on March 1st, which was day after I ordered it. I was very happy with this transaction. I have put the cartridge in the printer and it works great. In the past when I have bough remanufactured cartridges, I have had problems with HP printers not recognizing the product, also black powder all over the machine, this product is very good.
