Took 3 cartridges to get one that worked
Review: Since the reviews were so good, I thought I got a lemon the first time and returned it. The second toner came and a tiny pin fell out when I opened the bag and I tried to install the cartridge without it and it would not work. When I tried to get the cartridge out, it broke in half. I was able to repair it with some pliers, but I wasn't happy. I called again and they sent a 3rd cartridge, which I guess the saying is right - 3rd time a charm. This one worked great, but it took a lot longer than I would have liked. I commend the customer service, though.

Review: Placed simultaneous orders for 2 cartridges, both companies in the same state, yet this one arrived a week later than the other, the last possible day to receive it. Funny thing is, this one seems to function properly so far, the other one doesn't. If you're not in a rush to receive it, than its a good purchase for the price.

Review: not only worked like the original, but copies went from blotchy with lines to perfectly clean and clear. The new cartridge was all we needed when we thought the printer itself had printing issues.
