Review: I have not used the product so I am rating only on delivery. I hope I don't get burnt on the amount of toner in this product as I had in the past from the last place I had purchased product. Reading the reviews, though, i think I'll be ok.

had a problem with pull strip, but it was fixed quickly
Review: right cartridge and on time. just be careful pulling the plastic strip out, if you pull to hard or at an angle it can break inside the cartridge, they sent me another cartridge with zero issues.
